3+ years of experience specifically as a Grading Foreman.
5+ years of experience within highway or large-scale civil construction.
Proven proficiency operating all types of heavy equipment for dirt and site projects.
Advanced technical knowledge of excavation, surveying, and Global Positioning System (GPS) technology.
Comprehensive understanding of applicable standards, codes, and OSHA safety regulations.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.
