Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
OR 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area
Experience with repairing/maintaining one or more of the following types of systems or equipment: conveyors, electro-pneumatic PLC controlled systems with photo eye detectors, electrical systems (440V or less), hydraulic and pneumatic systems, forklifts/reach trucks/floor sweepers/yard trucks, automatic systems, HVAC, basic plumbing systems, fabrication/welding
Proven record of complying with safety requirements, and experience building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers
If required by applicable law, certifications for performing supervisory electrical work in an industrial facility

Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with the physical and environmental aspects typically associated with such environment
