Work history/resume/employment history must have 36 months of current RRT / Respiratory Therapy experience.
Jet ventilator, Drager Vent, and Oscillator Vent experience required.
NICU experience within the last 18 months.
Level III or Level IV NICU experience within the last 15 months.
2 references required from within the last 2 years
Driver's license required for submission

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Past employees of UPH who are or were FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool cannot work travel in another market if they currently work there or worked there within the past 12 months.
