QA Production Leadman
Communicate with operators as to quality requirements.
Assist operators on changeovers, start-ups quality confirmations.
Support production by being a QA presence at production lines.
Interact with operators and helpers to ensure standard work is done consistently.
Provide support for lab operations.
Select and test products at various production stages.
Perform destructive and non-destructive testing.

Support Training of new hires on critical to Quality in-process checks, Quality related procedures and gaging.
Support all Internal and External ISO Audits
Support, Audit, and monitor calibration system.
