High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the workday
Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, push and pull
Perform grasping, handling, and repetitive hand and arm movements
Maintain manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to operate tools, equipment, machinery controls, and computer devices as required
Safely operate hand tools, light power tools, and rotating equipment as required by the position
Wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the position
Ability to climb and descend ladders, stairs, platforms, and work areas safely as required by the position
The employee will work in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to varying temperatures, moderate to high levels of noise, outdoor weather conditions, and welding operations in designated production areas
