Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services-related field (e.g., psychology, social work, behavioral sciences, or nursing); or
Qualification as a Mental Health Practitioner under Minn. Stat. §245.462
Minimum of two (2) years of experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and supporting behavior intervention strategies
Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors, mental health conditions, or neurocognitive disorders
Must meet Minnesota DHS requirements for a Positive Support Analyst under 245D and Positive Supports Rule (9544)
