Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience with large integrated projects and 5+ years of professional experience in Java development (or commensurate experience).
Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability.
Strong knowledge of Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
Familiarity with cross-domain solution architectures, data labeling, and secure data transfer protocols.
Experience working in secure environments, and understanding of FISMA, NIST, or RMF compliance.
Proficiency with build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
Understanding of secure coding practices and experience with static/dynamic code analysis tools.
