Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
10 years plus relevant work experience
Experience supporting large-scale (ideally retail) enterprise technology environments.
Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
Expert level knowledge of network protocols and network infrastructure components (SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
Solid experience with Fortinet, Aruba, Zscaler, Cisco and Juniper products.
Automation framework knowledge (Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
Exposure to scripting (i.e. Python, Shell, or PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Experience working within Microsoft Azure and/or AWS hosted environments in partnership with infrastructure teams.
Strong understanding of security, identity, monitoring, and availability practices.
Experience supporting production systems, incident investigations, and operational issue resolution.
Familiarity with enterprise audit, compliance, and control frameworks relevant to enterprise technology environments.
