Minimum 5 years of hands-on scaffolding experience in commercial or industrial environments.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading scaffold crews in the field.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scaffold designs, and structural drawings.
Proficient in completing daily scaffold inspection forms and maintaining documentation logs.
Capable of using job site reporting tools and software for timekeeping, inventory, and safety tracking.
Must be able to work at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record; may require travel between job sites.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification required.

Familiarity with New York State Scaffold Law and its implications for fall protection liability and worker safety.
NYC DOB-approved scaffold Certification
Competent Person certification for scaffolding per OSHA standards (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
Must be knowledgeable in OSHA, ANSI, and local/state scaffold regulations.
