Tool and Die Maker - 1st Shift

Maintain progressive stamping dies (or injection molds) by interpreting prints and specifications
Machine, grind, fit, and finish precision components to tight tolerances using toolroom equipment (milling, turning, grinding, polishing)
Set up and operate high-speed stamping presses, straighteners, and auxiliary equipment
Troubleshoot tooling, press, and part quality issues and implement corrective actions
Perform in-process inspections to verify compliance with prints and quality standards
Maintain lot control, labeling, and traceability of materials
Support tooling improvements through troubleshooting and design feedback
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards and support team training
