Strong understanding of how operating models function across asset management, including the importance of clear ownership, documented handoffs, procedures, controls, and escalation paths
Understanding of digital asset products and ability to build depth in cryptocurrencies, tokens, staking, wallets, digital custodians, blockchain-based transaction flows, and related operational considerations
Experience coordinating across multiple systems, platforms, vendors, and process owners to support operational readiness and ongoing change
Strong project coordination and execution skills, including the ability to maintain readiness plans, dependency trackers, issue logs, RACI documents, service catalogs, process maps, and operating playbooks

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
