Hand Solder electronic components in through-hole and surface mount technology to Military Standards.
Set up and operate automated soldering equipment.
Preparing boards for soldering operations such as cleaning and masking.
Cleaning printed circuit boards and equipment
Visually check work in process for solder defects and adjust as required.
Comprehension of work instructions and customer blueprints.
Accomplish all job-related paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion.
Communicates effectively and responsibility to supervisors and leadership team.
Maintain a clean work area in accordance with 6S standards.
Attend all mandatory meetings and training exercises.
All other assigned duties as required as well as the willingness to be trained on new processes.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
Demonstrated mechanical/repair skills (intermediate).
Ability to communicate in English language clearly both written and verbal; good interpersonal skills required.
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
Ability to lift 30 pounds, work 9-hour shifts, and properly use provided PPE.
Ability to pass eye exam with a minimum 20/20 vision that may be corrected via eyeglasses or contact lenses as required. Eye exam is required annually.
Comply with all Company Safety and ESD Program requirements.
High School Diploma or GED
Solder Experience: 1 Year
