BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent military/industry experience
Understand the relationship between the hardware, software, and processes that enable us to meet quality requirements
Collaborate with shift teams to make sure we maintain product quality at the highest levels
Engage with tool owners and hardware teams to address quality and performance issues
Develop and implement designs of experiments
Collaborate with partners to effectively resolve problems to root cause; develop and deploy corrective and preventive actions
Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing data to ensure that processes meet required quality standards
Prepare data and presentations for partners, passdowns, and broader audiences
Help develop and drive continuous improvement projects
Mentor and coach team members on quality and shift-left processes
Flexibility to work any shift and rotate shifts as needed

High level of proficiency with PLC troubleshooting, HMI programming software (such as Wonderware, FactoryTalk View SE)
Experience with VMware or hypervisor virtualization software
Ability to program and troubleshoot variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance systems and techniques
Ability to read and understand electrical power and control system schematics
Ability to identify root cause of problems and effectively initiate immediate corrective action to prevent reoccurrence
Experience with SAP or other CMMS program
Proficient computer skills in MS Office, other windows-based programs, and internet skills
