Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
