Account Manager

Choose the best vendors to provide needed services and manage contracts with these vendors.
Ensure compliance on an ongoing basis consistent with company and customer requirements.
Investigate issues that arise pertaining to assigned accounts, working to determine the root cause of the problem and developing a plan for resolution.
Track all open tasks and jobs, evaluating the quality of service delivery to ensure they are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
Provide appropriate documentation, consistent with the scope of work and customer expectations.
Prepare relevant documentation for invoicing and manage any invoicing disputes.
Communicate with clients to ensure account satisfaction and professionally handle any customer complaints.
Available for on-call after hours and weekend snow services support.

Previous related shipping/receiving experience of 5 to 10 years
3 to 5 years of experience with fabricating skids and crates for the shipment of Beck drives and Beck drive/valve mounting assemblies
Ability to work independently and as a team to prioritize work assignments
Demonstrated ability to coordinate work priorities with other departments to ensure shipment needs are met
Ability to make sound judgments with shipping/receiving related issues
Basic computer skills, experience in the use of UPS on-line shipping system
Familiarity with basic packaging techniques and equipment such as pneumatic staplers, nail guns, and pallet trucks.
Knowledge and skilled with using fork trucks
Experience with coordinating carrier arrangements
Possess excellent attention and respect for detail
Possess good oral communication skills
Predictable and reliable attendance is required
Standing and walking for a majority of the workday
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. on occasion
