1+ years of work experience with industrial sewing equipment
Basic knowledge of sewing principles and garment construction
Standing, sitting, walking, bending as needed
Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs
Must be able to follow instructions consistently with minimum supervision
Must be able to sew and follow sewing standards
Meet delivery deadlines by working with the team to ensure firefighter gear is repaired on time and meets our high quality standards

Hours: Monday to Friday - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Flexibility to work overtime when needed to fulfill client commitments
Hourly rate: $19 - $21 per hour

Employees must be willing to work in excess of 8 hours in one shift
Overtime: Employees must be willing and available to work weekends on an on-going basis if needed
Overtime will paid for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in any one week
The noise level is such that earplugs must be worn at all times
Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times (ex. hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes)
Safety equipment is provided by the Company with exception of steel toe shoes, which must be provided by employee upon the first day of employment
