10+ years of Mechanical Design experience.
Experience creating complex mechanical and/or electro-mechanical designs to meet customer requirements and specifications.
Knowledge and experience in industrial and machine design and analysis.
Lead roles in product development and put into practice various engineering processes listed below.
Understanding of different manufacturing processes: machining, grinding, lapping, additive manufacturing, wire EDM, sheet metal fabrication etc.
Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling using CATIA V5 or similar.
Proficiency in GD&T; (ASME Y14.5) and related standards for drawing creation.
Proficiency in engineering processes (e.g. FMEA, tolerance stack-up analysis, etc.).
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Must be a US Citizen.
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems design and analysis.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Removal and replacement of hydraulic components and lines
Perform replacement of starters, alternators, and batteries
Operate equipment to evaluate and verify any additional repairs, or adjustments required for proper functionality
Communicate and order parts as needed
Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and general work area
Additional safety sensitive duties as required. You must wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Records all repairs, or maintenance completed on a daily basis
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
