Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Mental Health, Nursing and Education, or equivalent) required.
Must possess at least 5 years of experience working directly with families with children in-home or in group settings.
A solid understanding of and/or experience in supervising and motivating staff, as well as providing support to staff in stressful work environments.
