Competency in digital timekeeping and production tracking systems (e.g., HCSS).
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to operate company vehicles and maintain insurable driving status.
