Minimum five years of recent experience in the payroll arena including the expatriate compensation, international payroll and pay delivery, shadow payroll, domestic payroll
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, Enrolled Agent, CPP (Certified Payroll Professional), GPHR (Global HR Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials
Experience implementing technology solutions and working knowledge of leading payroll software (SAP, ADP GlobalView, Paychex, Paylocity, MasterTax) and integration experience with global HCM platforms (Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle) preferred
