3+ years of recent law firm civil litigation defense support experience is required
Background supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced practice
Experience with state and federal e-filing is required
Trial preparation experience is required
Strong exposure to general commercial or business litigation, including areas such as complex tort defense, real estate litigation, breach of contract, or financial disputes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM
