LPC, LCSW, Psychologist
Georgia-licensed LPC, LCSW or Psychologist
Must hold and maintain a current Georgia professional license in good standing.
Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC),Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist authorized to practice in Georgia.
Current national certification or board certification, when applicable to the clinician's professional discipline.
Prior experience using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Ability and willingness to travel between assigned post-acute care facilities.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout healthcare facilities as required to provide patient care.
Ability to use a computer, printer, scanner, and other standard office equipment.
Ability to sit and/or stand and view a computer screen for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements for documentation and computer use.
Ability to use hands and fingers for handling, grasping, and operating office equipment.
Ability to reach with hands and arms as necessary to perform job duties.
Ability to travel to and work on-site at multiple post-acute care facilities.
