The Beauty Merchandiser plays a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring optimal sales floor merchandising, flawless merchandise execution, and by maintaining the visual and operational standards of the Beauty department.
Display updates, maintenance, stockroom organization, and replenishment of stock, as well as the operational execution of Gift with Purchase and Purchase with Purchase promotions, the Open Sell concept, and the Trend Recycling Program
Can switch between multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability
Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week

Possess strong merchandising or visual skills and creativity
Previous visual or merchandising experience is preferred
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
This position requires lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
