Must have at least 2-3 years' experience in one of the following areas: Greenhouse Administration; Data-Entry or Order Processing (especially in Picas); Inventory/Logistics; Shipping/Receiving; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have intermediate computer skills with experience using MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Outlook, etc.). Experience using Picas or production software and programs preferred but not required.
Must be able to communicate and respond efficiently in a timely manner to written and oral correspondence (including emails) in English using situational based and business appropriate language.

1–33+ years of professional event planning or event production experience preferred
Experience supporting fundraising events, conferences, donor events, or corporate events strongly preferred
Experience coordinating vendors, venues, and event logistics
Ability to lift and move event materials and assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Comfortable working occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events
Location will be based in the South Denver area (Denver Tech Center/Inverness area)
FLSA Status: Exempt
Travel: 5-10%, can service anywhere from 1 to 5 out of state events per year
Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 salary based on experience and alignment with internal pay bands.
