Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a related field
0-3 years of experience in technical writing, editing, or multimedia content development
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Understanding of content lifecycle management, version control, and archiving best practices
Experience working with or willingness to learn XWiki markup and platform conventions
Familiarity with video editing tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar

Experience with chatbot prompting, as well as editing and verifying chatbot-generated answers for accuracy and tone
