Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Assurance,Quality Engineering or related field
5 to 7 years significant experience in a quality leadership role within manufacturing or specialty chemicals

Manage quality control and assurance activities at the manufacturing site , ensuring alignment with global standards
Oversee ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 certifications, internal audits, training and document control processes
Ensure regulatory compliance: Monitor adherence to industry regulations (e.g., REACH, ISO,) and support external audits and customer visits
Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Track and report on quality KPIs, trends, and improvement initiatives
Address customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and maintain strong relationships with customers
