Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Can work up to 12-hour shifts, including some Saturdays
Have prior machine operating or trimming experience

Must possess basic math skills that include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and calculation of averages.
Ability to read standard and metric rulers.
Ability to use light tools such as wrenches, channel locks, and screw drivers.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and problem solve in a variety of situations.
Ability to work individually and in small groups.
Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office related software.
