Three (3) years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps, deconstructing complex concepts and technical experience to perform the business architecture of an established Value Stream.
Five (5) years preferred experience in a role with demonstrated strategic and technical impact in large organizational-wide projects.
In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader FedEx enterprise.
Certification in Business Architecture preferred.
