Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
ARRT (R) accepted in place of RCIS for Cath Lab.
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.
Candidates' permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Floating Requirements:- May float to IR and EP.
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Must have BLS (Basic Life Support)
RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
