In-depth knowledge of gondola systems and related mechanical and electrical components, including hydraulics, low voltage, high voltage, PLC controls, AC drives, and generators
Proficiency in heavy equipment operation
Experience with rigging and rope rescue
Familiarity with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs
