Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; overtime as needed
Perform critical purification, filtration, and clarification of biological materials to ensure product safety and quality
Prepare, sanitize, and maintain process equipment and assemblies
Execute equipment calibrations, cleaning, and integrity testing in adherence to cGMP standards
Maintain detailed documentation for regulatory compliance
Support investigations and process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency
Safely transport production materials and equipment, including egg carts weighing up to 800 lbs
Load and unload incubators, manage cold storage, and operate washers for hatchery use
Accurately document all activities following SOPs and safety protocols
Follow all cGMP and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to receive required vaccinations
Ability to pass background and drug screenings
Basic computer skills; experience with Excel, Word, and SAP is a plus
Recent graduates in life sciences, military veterans, or those with hands-on production experience are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings is advantageous but not mandatory
