Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times (ex. hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes).
Safety equipment is provided by the Company with exception of steel toe shoes, which must be provided by employee upon the first day of employment.
Employees must be willing to work in excess of 8 hours in one shift.
Refusal to work as needed is considered a voluntary quit.
Overtime: Employees must be willing and available to work weekends on an on-going basis if needed.
Shift times are subject to change.
It is mandatory for junior employees (if senior employees refuse) to work overtime.
The noise level is such that earplugs must be worn at all times.
Sometimes it is not possible to give employees involved much notice.
Overtime will paid for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in any one week.
