Travel: Position may require up to 5% travel by personal vehicle to offices throughout the state of New York, and New England based on the needs of the business.
The position is medium to heavy work, requiring the exertion of up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strong communication skills with proficiency in verbal and written English
Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality in a fast-paced or labor-intensive environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, take direction, and contribute to overall plant operations
Prior experience in construction, aggregates, asphalt, or a similar industrial environment preferred (but not required); loader operation experience is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn and be trained on equipment operation.
